You can connect your social media accounts by


  1. Navigating to the Feefo Hub 
  2. Click on 'Marketing > Social Networks.'
  3. Upload a 'Brand Photo': Before connecting your social media accounts, upload a brand photo. If there's no product photo available, this image will be used instead.

Sharing Reviews on Social Media


Once your accounts are connected, you can effortlessly share your reviews with your social media audience. Follow these steps to share reviews directly from the Feedback window:




  1. In the Feedback window, you'll find the 'Share Review' button at the top of each review. Click on it to start the sharing process.

  2. You have the flexibility to customise the content of your post. Decide how much of the review you want to share, select an image, and write a compelling caption to accompany the review.


  3. Before sharing, take a moment to preview your post and ensure it looks exactly how you want it to appear on your social media accounts.

  4. Preview your posts. You can preview across all connected social media accounts by switching the social media platform using the buttons in the top right-hand corner. 


  5. Choose which social media accounts you'd like to share the review on. Once you've made your selection, click 'Post Now' to share your review with your audience.
